Return Eligibility
In-stock products may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery, provided the item meets the following criteria:
- Unworn and unused
- In original condition
- All tags attached
- Returned in original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
At this time, we do not offer refunds on original shipping costs, international duties, or customs fees.
Return Shipping & Processing
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Approved returns may be refunded to the original payment method or issued as store credit. All returns are subject to a processing and restocking fee (typically under $15), deducted from the refund total.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as MMTH WEAR is not responsible for items lost in transit.
Once the return is received at our warehouse, your return will be processed within 10 business days. Refunds are only able to be issued to the original payment method and you will receive a refund confirmation email once your return has been processed. Please allow an extra 2-3 business days for the credit to appear back on your statement.
Exchanges
If you need a different size or item, email support@mmthwear.com and our team will provide next steps. Inventory is limited and exchanges are processed based on availability.
Product Warranty
Every MMTH WEAR product is constructed with disciplined attention to detail. If you believe your item has a manufacturing defect, contact us within 30 days of purchase.
Warranty coverage applies only to products purchased directly from mmthwear.com and requires proof of purchase.
If approved:
- If the product is in stock, we will issue a replacement.
- If unavailable, a refund or store credit will be provided.
- Concerns outside of 30 days may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
